Can you use a rental car for DoorDash, Amazon Flex, Spark, Instacart or Uber Eats?

Usually, if your insurance paperwork matches the app’s rule: DoorDash lists no specific vehicle requirements and Amazon Flex allows rented cars with the required coverage, while Uber Eats and Walmart Spark need your own name on the car’s insurance document.

Each rule as stated on the app’s own page, November 2026. Rules change: check your app before you rent.
