This page lists SD Rental Empire’s rental terms; the rental agreement you sign online through iFleet sets them out in full.
- Mileage
- No mileage limit.
- Maintenance
- SD Rental Empire takes care of all maintenance.
- Who can rent
- Drivers must be enrolled in a delivery or rideshare app when they apply.
- Continuing rentals
- Continuing rentals have no recurring application fee.
- Delivery and pickup
- Delivery and pickup are a flat $50 anywhere in New Jersey.
- Out of state
- No out-of-state driving: if the car leaves New Jersey, the rental ends and a $250 fee applies.
- Tolls
- Use your own E-ZPass. A toll run without one is passed to you with the toll authority’s fee, plus a $50 fee.
