How much does it cost to rent an SUV for delivery driving?
$450 a week (USD) for either SUV, about $64 a day, with no mileage limit and all maintenance included, plus a one-time application check on the first rental. Every other charge is set out in the rental agreement you sign online.

What else can I be charged?
Three charges besides the weekly rate and the one-time check. The rental agreement you sign sets out these terms in full.
A flat fee, anywhere in New Jersey.
No out-of-state driving: if the car leaves New Jersey, the rental ends.
Plus the toll and the toll authority’s fee, passed to you.
What are New Jersey’s rules on rental tax and fees?
New Jersey’s sales tax rate is 6.625%, and it applies to rentals of goods under six months.
The state also charges rental companies a Domestic Security Fee of $5 a day for the first 28 days of a rental agreement with the same renter, $140 at most.
Is renting a car for DoorDash worth it?
It depends on your own numbers, so type them in: what you earn in a week, and the fuel you buy.
Why one weekly price instead of per mile?
Because there is no mileage limit: 200 miles or 2,000, the week costs the same.
